There are 9 doctors in our center (1 postdoctoral, 5 doctoral and 3 master), including 2 chief physicians, 2 deputy chief physicians, 3 chief physicians, 2 physicians and 1 technician.We are good at diagnosis and treatment of diabetic ophthalmopathy.We also developed projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation, Tianjin Natural Science Foundation and Tianjin Education Commission. We published more than 70 articles in SCI and Chinese core journals, including 24 articles in SCI
The Characteristics of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment and Scientific Research Achievements of Departments
The central doctor team has comprehensive management experience of diabetes, including the constitution improvement of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, blood sugar control guidance of endocrinologists, etc. Laser therapy for diabetic retinopathy has been carried out for more than 20 years. In recent years, intravitreal injection of anti-vascular drugs and micro-pulse laser therapy have been carried out for diabetic retinopathy in Tianjin. In addition, our center participates in a numerous domestic and international multicenter clinical studies on anti-vascular drugs for diabetic retinopathy. Our center undertakes the consultation and remote film reading of diabetic retinopathy in Tianjin and North China. In September 2015, the first diabetic eye disease remote film reading consultation was completed. Subsequently, our center formed a medical consortium with 14 hospitals and established a two-way referral work of medical alliance. By the end of 2018, our center had read 21574 films. The efficiency and level of diagnosis and treatment of diabetic ophthalmopathy were improved. In order to carry out the spirit of the general office of the State Council on promoting the development of "Internet + medical health"。In 2018, we undertook the project of Diabetic Retinopathy Screening by the Foreign Exchange and Cooperation Center of the State Health and Construction Commission and the Health Express, and built a system combining personal health data acquisition, online and offline health and medical services.
